Our base package includes the space, a projector, 2 handheld microphones, professional lighting, a lectern with microphone, and your choice of room arrangement (workshop tables, theatre style, classroom style, horseshoe configuration, or other).

For an additional fee, more audio/visual options can be hired too (covered below).

The space is equipped to handle even the most complex of audio/visual requests with a fully-integrated space.

With built-in cameras and sound systems, the space can be converted into a hybrid room with full virtual conferencing capabilities. It can also record onto our in-house system.

In addition to this, you can choose to add more pieces of technology to your event including two portable screens, two headset microphones, custom colour lighting, and more.

Our space is accessible by wheelchair with lift access from George St and Pitt St. The space is also equipped with a Hearing Augmentation System.

This space is hired for $400 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours between 8am and 5pm. After 5pm and before 8am, the space is hired out at $700 per hour.
